Reader’s Edyn

I always felt like I could do something more than just read. Finally, I have found both a creative outlet and a chance to do something meaningful with my reading. This blog was created in appreciation of and tribute to all of the authors who have brought me joy through their books. These reviews are my way of giving back to authors and providing recognition for the hard work that each one completes every day!

Blitz: Etched in Stone (Invested in You #1) by Liv Arnold

**Etched in Stone by Liv Arnold**

Good Morning, Everyone! So thrilled to see you all today! We have another new-to-me author and book today! Please allow me to feature on the blog Liv Arnold and her latest release, ETCHED IN STONE …

**LIV ARNOLD**

**BIO**

Liv Arnold has worked as a copywriter for several global companies and now runs her own freelance business. She grew up in Melbourne, Australia, and lives with her husband and their spoiled dog, who only eats freshly cooked meals. When she’s not writing, Liv’s avoiding the gym, devouring a cheese platter, or marathoning way too much TV. And of course, she’s a massive book addict and often reads until all hours of the night.

**BLURB**

Vanessa Lang lands her dream job at an investment firm, Stone Corp. When her kleptomaniac mother is caught shoplifting, Vanessa is forced to accept a deal with the detective—collect evidence of insider trading at her new job. Investigating Sebastian Stone comes with benefits. The drop-dead-gorgeous CEO introduces her to steamy encounters in public places, and in the midst of it all, she gathers information about his business. She soon has a difficult choice to make…save her mother or protect the man she loves.

**TEASERS**

**EXCERPT**
Page after page spat out from the printer. Vanessa waited for her documents to finish, tapping one foot. She bit back a curse as the machine jammed. This was the worst thing to happen. She had a one-hour deadline, and she wasn’t handy at fixing things.
“Don’t be afraid to be rough with it.” She gasped as Sebastian appeared beside her. He loosened the paper and banged the printer. Like magic, the pages hurtled out again
“That’s what she said.” Childish but the line was the first thing to pop into her head.
So much for an intelligent conversation starter.
To her relief, a small smile played on his lips. “Those jokes never get old.”
“I do make myself laugh a lot.”
“You had me smiling all day after we met.”
