Reader’s Edyn
Rating System
Five winged books are
the best of the best. I could read this book every week and still find it
entertaining. These types of books are the ones that hold coveted places on my
bookshelves for easy access.
Four winged books I
will likely bring back out to read occasionally – something like this: a lazy
day, curled up by the fire, with a steaming caramel mocha, while the blustery
weather remains closed outside. This type of book is thrilling & exciting
and contains little to no flaws.
Three winged books I
generally find enjoyable. I am probably not likely to re-read the book and
there are likely at least a couple of flaws that interfere with reading
enjoyment. A large portion of books will fall under the three winged rating.
Two winged books I am
not likely to read again. The book may or may not have potential to be more
than it is, but has too many flaws to make it enjoyable.
Every book will receive
1 wing at minimum if for no other reason than to recognize the tremendous
effort that goes into the spectacular process that is: creating a book.
